Stephanie Conrad was born, raised and continues to live in the Dover area, right outside of Plant City. She has been involved in Production Agriculture since birth, as her great-grandparents, grandparents and parents were all involved in fruit and vegetable production, as well as raising cattle. Stephanie was very actively involved in FFA throughout middle & high school, which only drove her desire to stay invested as an adult. She is married to her high-school sweetheart, Jason and they have 4 incredible kids (Anna, Madilyn, Shalee & Tucker). Stephanie and her husband currently operate her family's cattle operation, which has been in existence for 5 generations and now spans across Hillsborough and Polk Counties. She and her family have spent the last 12 years raising, selling and showing cattle across the country and have met some incredible individuals along the way. She has served the Florida Cattlemen's Association for the past 12 years as Chair and Vice Chair of the Youth Committee, which oversees the Junior Florida Cattlemen's Association. Stephanie has a true passion for youth development and agriculture and has also volunteered a lot of her time with FFA & 4-H. Stephanie enjoys spending time with her family - sporting events, hunting, fishing, and boating are a few of their favorite past times. She especially loves watching her son play Travel Baseball and just being with her girls, whenever possible!

Over the years, she has served on variety of Boards ranging from Florida 4-H Advisory Committee (no longer in existence) to an FFA advisory board and Hillsborough County Fair. She is an agricultural journalist for over 15 years starting with Farm & Ranch News and then owner Ag News Today LLC as seen on web and on Facebook. Stephanie has additional page on Facebook Ag News Today Youth Section. Freelancing is also done for Horse & Pony News and on occasion Fish Farming News a national publication. Stephanie is recipient of many awards for advocating Statewide and Nationally for agriculture and its youth. Some of which are: Florida FFA Honorary Degree, Florida Friend of 4-H Award, Agricultural Journalist of the Year (2009) by Florida Farm Bureau, as well as three-time Florida 4-H Hall of Fame nominee. She states that God has blessed her with opportunities to help others.

Erin Smith is a Bartow native and comes from a family that is active in the citrus and beef industries. She has been deeply invested in both FFA and 4-H through holding officer positions, showing various livestock, and competing on multiple judging teams. While working towards her Bachelor of Science in Agriculture Studies at Warner University, Erin pursued her passion for agriculture through internships with local agribusinesses, including Highland Precision Ag, where she served as a pest and disease scout, and as a public relations intern with Mosaic where she focused on enlightening the public on the agriculture and phosphate industry. In her professional career, Erin has worked directly with USDA programs that assist our nation’s farmers and ranchers as a program technician for the Farm Services Agency. Erin continues her involvement in the agriculture industry through being a member of various associations such as FFVA, FL Forestry Association, NCBA, FL Farm Bureau, FL YF&R, Mid-South Farm & Gin, and FL Cattlemen’s. Since September 2019, Erin Smith has been a vital part of the Client Relations team at AgAmerica Lending. As Senior Client Relations Manager, Erin uses her passion and extensive experience in the agricultural industry to assist clients with their scope of needs and supports them in achieving their operational and financial goals. She is dedicated to the success of American agriculture and goes above and beyond to ensure the long-term success of the clients she serves.
Clay Joyner is an 8th Generation Plant City native. He grew up on his family’s cattle farm, Circle J Farms, where they primarily breed and raise Angus show cattle. Clay Joyner is an 8th Generation Plant City native. He grew up on his family’s cattle farm, Circle J Farms, where they primarily breed and raise Angus show cattle. Clay was heavily involved in both 4-H and FFA throughout middle school and high school where he showed livestock and competed in a multitude of competitions. He was blessed to raise and exhibit the Grand Champion and Reserve Grand Champion steer at the Florida Strawberry Festival. Upon his graduation from Strawberry Crest High School, he attended Florida Southern College where he graduated with a double major in Business Administration and Political Science. Immediately after his graduation, Clay was hired by Farm Credit of Central Florida as a credit analyst; a role he was thrilled to hold as it combined both his passion for business and his life-long commitment to agriculture. In December of 2021, he was promoted to Loan Officer where he now serves our farm and rural communities in Hillsborough and Pinellas Counties. In his free time, Clay enjoys working on the family farm and mentoring youth who are becoming involved in the cattle industry. Circle J Farms raises heifers and steers for Plant City locals to show at the Florida Strawberry Festival, and Clay is involved every step of the way providing guidance and helping fit the animals for shows. Clay also enjoys golfing, fishing, and relaxing in Anna Maria Island on the beach.

Jeramy Smith is an advocate for youth in agriculture and career development. He has over 20 years of youth development experience as a youth minister in Georgia, University of Florida 4-H Youth Development Director in Miami-Dade County, and YMCA Youth Development Director in Miami & Charlotte. Currently, he is a family & youth advocate for an organization called “Free the Smiles”. He is from a small town in Georgia called Molena. He grew up on a small animal farm of about 20 acres raising rabbits, goats, chickens, llamas, pigs, emus and sheep. In addition, he is an outdoorsman and enjoys fishing, hiking, kayaking and shooting sports. Jeramy has a variety of experience working with youth in rural, urban and the military setting. His true passion lies in Spiritual and Character Education, where one of his goals is to assist young people with making the adjustments needed to become brilliant and respectful; young professionals in Christ. Jeramy enjoys creating opportunities for young people to branch out to discover and share their talents with positive constructive feedback. Jeramy graduated from Mercer University with his Master in Divinity. Jeramy's undergraduate degree is from the University of North Georgia and is in sociology & criminal justice. the daughter of a strawberry farmer. The agriculture industry runs deep on both sides of Mrs. Jackson’s family. Jackson is Warner University alum with
a Bachelors of Arts in Elementary Education. While working at Frostproof Elementary and Frostproof High School she also obtained a Masters of Education in Educational Leadership. Scarlett Jackson started at Warner University as the Director of Agricultural Development. During her time there, Scarlett worked to grow the Ag Studies program to be the 3rd largest
program on campus, construct the Ed and Myrtle Lou Swindle Ag Complex, and provide students with many opportunities to excel in the Agriculture industry. The next career step was as the Executive Director of the Florida FFA Foundation. For two year, Scarlett supported FFA members across Florida through fundraising and programming. Now, Scarlett has returned to her alma mater, Warner University to serve as the Director of Admissions. She is married to her husband, Kyle and they have two daughters, Aubrey and Elsey.

Mr. Justin Sharpless joined the Warner University faculty in January 2015 as an Instructor in Agricultural Studies. Justin graduated from the University of Florida with a B.S. in Agricultural Education and Communication (2007) and a Master of Agribusiness (2008). After graduation, Justin spent 4 years as a middle and high school agriculture teacher in Polk County. Justin furthered his education at the University of Missouri earning a M.S. in Agricultural Education and Leadership (2014), and is currently an online PhD candidate at Mizzou. Justin is from Lake Wales where his grandfather, Robert Sharpless, was
in Warner’s first graduating class of 1972. Justin enjoys watching college athletics and volunteering locally and statewide with 4-H and FFA. Justin married Emilyn Meeks, also a Lake Wales native, in July 2015. Emilyn and Justin have two sons, Wyatt, born in September 2017, and Rhett, born in January 2021.

Anna Conrad grew up in Dover, FL. She was raised on her family’s farm where they raised purebred Shorthorn and commercial cattle. She exhibited heifers and steers locally at her county fairs, on the Junior Cattlemen’s jackpot circuit, and at many national shows across the country. Her highlights included the North American International Livestock Expo, Fort Worth Stock Show & Rodeo, and Dixie Nationals. She was very active in 4-H and FFA and served as a Florida FFA state officer in 2016-2017. After her year of service, she attended Warner University in Lake Wales, FL. She graduated in 2020 with a degree in Agricultural Studies with a focus in plant science. She taught Agriscience in Sumter County for two years before joining the Florida Fruit and Vegetable Association as a Regulatory Affairs Specialist. She currently resides in Altamonte Springs, FL where she owns and operates a photography and videography business , ABLE Shots.
